Senator Leman offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 4, line 9: Delete "2005" Insert "2004" Senator Leman moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Objections were heard. Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent to add his name as a sponsor of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent to remove his name as a sponsor of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being, "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
